Mature Market Expert Needed: Director of Sales , Reading, PA - Help wanted … one of TR Mann Consulting’s retirement community clients, The Heritage of Green Hills is looking for a Sales Director. The Heritage is Berks County’s newest, state of the art full-service retirement community (CCRC).
They are looking for a seasoned sales management leader who has proven experience managing sales producers. High energy self starter with a passion for success looking to manage two exceptional sales team members. Leading candidate must be competitive, come with proven sales management experience (preferably business to consumer), be organized, articulate and successfully manage through systems. Candidates with senior housing industry experience a plus. Ability to teach, coach and motivate the sales team to ensure team not only meets, but exceeds sales goals.
