•Seniors Taking To Yoga For Exercise: http://preview.tinyurl.com/moob5v"
Tom,
yoga + purpose (meaning making) is as close to the fountain of youth as we’ve found. I was once watching an interview with Huston Smith who is Thomas J. Watson Professor of Religion and Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Philosophy, Emeritus, at Syracuse University. Smith described his daily yoga ritual of getting up (4-5 AM) each morning.

In the interview he had on a boldly printed vest, a crop of brilliant white hair and neatly sculpted beard, his posture was upright; his thoughts were deep, complex, and clearly presented. He gave off an air of youthfulness (not anti-aging).

So, yoga (physical and mental ritual) and a magnificent obsession (in his case the world’s religions) can be the road to longevity and contribution.

I love chocolate..For a Hersey's Kiss. Wow!

I have a few thoughts left in this old brain. I will have to push some old things out to gather new information.

Yes, freedom of choice is a wonderful thing and as baby boomers we helped that movement in the 60's.
We have come a long way and learned much.

Its only a freedom of choice if what you're doing doesn't effect my health or my grandchildrens.

SMOKING is not a good choice. That is in a choice someone had to stop. Smokers new the health risks for others and seemed not to really care. So eat that donut and anything else you like but, Smoke your brains out at HOME and don't DRINK and drive.
